They designed an interactive section visualizing how our circular system reduces carbon footprints and a secure login hub for clients to track orders, request quotes, and download compliance documents.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their industry immersion stood out. For example, they suggested adding a “pallet lifecycle” infographic after noticing clients often misunderstood reuse timelines. They also sourced photos from our actual warehouses instead of stock images, making the site authentically “IPP.”

We needed picture galleries that show how the products work, like how the hydraulic system moves the side tippers or how the floor moves

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their deep understanding of our industry really stood out. They also recommended adding a “Trailer Configurator” tool after seeing that many clients asked about modular options. This tool let users customize their trailers—like adding a hydraulic lift to a standard end tipper—which became one of our best features for getting new customers.
