Socialiency Advertising is a digital advertising agency. We combine the art of marketing and the science of digital to grow the business of brands.
As the founder and CEO of Socialiency Advertising, I take care of the client relationships through meetings and phone calls to understand their business, expectations, and needs.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We combine creative ideas with our vast experience in search technologies to deliver measurable results for our clients. We can help you build a sustainable, meaningful relationship with your clients by engaging them with your brand using social media promotion.
Our approach is audience-centric and customer-driven, and this differentiates us from the rest of the agencies who may have a complicated approach that doesn’t yield the right results.

Socialiency has been catering to various verticals, including, but not limited to, SaaS, IT industry, Staffing and Recruiting, Fashion, Fitness, Healthcare, Restaurants and Food, etc. We have worked with many international and Indian, small and mid-sized companies, and brands. We have a retention ratio of 85% from the past six months, apart from the new clients we onboard every month.

We believe that it is very important to be authentic and credible in this digital world. In the path of digital advertising, it is important for people to understand that we are doing our best, but we don’t have all the answers, and mistakes can happen. We are transparent.
What are the major trends in advertising today?
The new trend now is to focus on retention strategies as opposed to a new acquisition. This will require closer integration of marketing and services or products, which often is a challenge.
How do you think social media has affected the advertising industry?
Every other business wants to explore the online space and see what digital marketing has to offer them. Social media plays a huge role in doing this because consumers are moving away from the traditional channels towards digital media.
What are some ways that you suggest to measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign?
Positive RoI and Brand Recall are the major metrics that should be focused on measuring the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. At Socialiency, we dig deep into the response for our marketing efforts and identify the most useful signals. We apply those signals as feedback to constantly describe, predict, and fine-tune your marketing performance.
What do you consider to be the most effective form of advertising and why?
We don’t claim to have any secret formulas or state of the art artificial intelligence that will make your campaigns more effective. We provide well-structured campaigns, customer-driven strategy, and robust management, backed by our years of hands-on-experience advertising on various platforms.

Duration of the project, Channel Selection, Strategy, Current Analysis, and Client’s niche and requirements.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
We make sure that the payment structure we follow is clear and transparent to the clients. All the media spends are to be paid 100% in advance, and the agency retainer fee is to be paid on the first of every month. This ensures a healthy relationship with the client, and there are no offsets during the project.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
We do not believe in a minimum or maximum price range for our clients. We always try to offer a customized plan that fits in their budgets and gives them the result they are looking for.
