sourceBOLD

Utah Roots. Global Talent.

sourceBOLD gives U.S. businesses a dedicated remote tech expert on their team, without becoming their employer. We work with software developers, data and machine learning specialists, QA automation engineers, DevOps and cloud engineers, and UX/UI designers from across the Americas.

How it works:

1. We find and vet candidates, and we meet every one before you do.
2. You meet a select few, pick the one you want, and direct the work.
3. We hold their contract, pay them and handle the admin, for as long as they stay with you.

They work in or near your time zone, with four to eight hours of overlap with your day. sourceBOLD is the contractor of record: you sign one agreement with us and get one US invoice per person each month.

You pay one flat monthly fee per person, with their pay included, no placement fee and nothing billed on top. Typical starting prices range from $2,500 a month for a mid-level data analyst to $6,000 for a mid-level data analyst to $6,000 for a senior ML engineer; your exact fee is agreed in writing before they start.

Engagements are built to last, with no lock-in: month to month, and either side can end one with 30 days' notice.

Based in Silicon Slopes, Utah, since 2014.
