Their responsiveness was the biggest plus. No matter how many changes we threw at them or how many projects were happening at once, they stayed cool and kept us updated. They also turned work around impressively fast—often overnight—so we had fresh progress to review each morning.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. In the future, I’d love to see them explore even more current programming frameworks, but that’s more of a suggestion than a real critique. Otherwise, they’ve been great.
