Synapse Arrows Pte. Ltd.

Synapse Arrows Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based AI consultancy with a Japanese- and English-speaking team. We help companies get understood and recommended by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, and we help teams adopt AI in day-to-day work.

What we do

• AI Recommendation Audit (AEO / GEO): we ask the four AI assistants the questions your buyers actually type, with web search on, and report who gets recommended, which sources the AI relied on, what it gets wrong about you, and what to fix first. From S$2,500 per audit.
• Improvement retainer: structured data, comparison and guide pages, directory listings, and monthly re-measurement of the same questions. From S$3,500 per month (3-month minimum).
• Corporate AI training and adoption: generative AI training for executives, managers and practitioners, internal rules and adoption roadmaps.
• AI agent development: MCP servers, agent design, model selection and operations.
• Southeast Asia market entry: market research and partner development for Japanese companies, from our Singapore base.

We also operate KanseiLINK (kansei-link.com), an independent rating body for how ready SaaS products are for AI agents. Its ARI Award 2026 Summer verified 200 Japanese SaaS products against vendor primary sources. KanseiLINK ratings cannot be bought or changed through a consulting contract.

We publish our prices and our research methods, and we never guarantee AI rankings: AI answers vary by wording and by day, so we measure the same questions repeatedly and report the change.
