Tech Fabric LLC

TechFabric started in 2017 as a group of engineers in Gilbert, Arizona who wanted to stay on the systems they built instead of handing them off. That is still the shape of the company: 115+ people across Phoenix, Amsterdam, Poland and Hyderabad, building data platforms, AI agents and custom software for companies across the United States, and running them after launch.

Most of our work sits in four areas.

Databricks. We're an official Databricks partner with 80 Databricks-certified engineers. We move warehouses off Snowflake, Synapse, Teradata and SQL Server, design Unity Catalog so grants hold, build Lakeflow pipelines, and ship Databricks Apps and Genie spaces that business users actually trust. In September 2026 one of our engineers placed second worldwide in the Creativity & Originality track of Databricks' Genie-Powered App Challenge.

AI agents. An agent that works in a demo is the easy half. We build the other half: runs that survive a restart, data access bounded by the same permissions as the person the agent works for, approval steps where a decision needs a human, and evaluations that show whether a change helped. Our agent framework, TechFabric Harness, is open source.

Custom software. Web and mobile applications and the APIs under them, with Temporal underneath the processes that must not fail halfway, like payments, approvals and anything with a legal consequence attached.

Microsoft. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner and an Insight Works partner, we implement Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM, build Power BI on the ERP record, and automate the handoffs with Power Automate.
