Tech For Trades is a solo business systems and software consulting practice for construction and skilled trades companies. Based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Serving contractors across Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Berks Counties.

I grew up in the trades. My father ran a carpentry business, my stepfather a painting business. I watched them fight with manual estimates and software that was never set up for how a trades business actually runs. Then I spent 30 years in corporate IT. I came back to the trades to do for these businesses what nobody did for my family's.

What I do: software setup and configuration, integrations, process automation, team training and SOPs, and AI-readiness. I work with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and common CRM and project management platforms.

What I don't do: sell software or bundle licensing. You own your software directly. If we stop working together, your systems stay with you.

Every engagement starts with free scoping. Flat-fee projects or hourly work. No packages.
