We engaged TechNexus to build RSPNDR from the ground up, and they owned the whole stack: mobile, web, and cloud infrastructure. The hardest parts of this project were never cosmetic. Real-time messaging had to work the instant a tag was scanned. The security model had to share citizen data only with verified responders. The architecture had to scale to millions of users.
