Technier is a senior-led software and AI engineering agency. We operate through Aspire Enterprises LLC (US entity), so contracts and invoicing work the way US and international clients expect.

Since 2022 we have delivered 150+ projects for 25+ clients in 10+ countries. A senior engineer leads every engagement.

What we do:

- White-label development for agencies: engineers or full project delivery under your brand, covered by NDA and non-solicit.

- Staff augmentation: named engineers who join your standups, repositories and tools.

- Rails modernization: version upgrades, test coverage, performance and security work on existing Ruby on Rails applications.

- AI product engineering: LLM features, retrieval (RAG) and agent workflows, built and run in production.

Stack: React and Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Python, and production AI/LLM work.

We work in your working hours and can overlap whatever time zone your team needs. We use your Slack, Jira or Linear and GitHub, with code review, automated tests, CI/CD and weekly demos. Code lives in your repositories.

Rates depend on your region. Most clients start with a small paid trial or a discovery sprint.
