I've been working with Andy and Teqfocus for about six months now, and they have really stepped up to help me develop this platform. The communication has been perfect, and the team's attitude has been awesome. I can't say enough good things about Shelvey, Aparna, and Andy. The quality of their work is impeccable. Initially, I thought the time difference of working with an offshore Indian firm might be tricky, but it has actually worked in our favor. Before I sign off in the evening, I can check in with the team, and when I wake up, they have had a full day of development. This allows me the whole day to review their work, comment, and check for bugs.

We have collaborated with Abi Kumar and Teqfocus on two of our campaigns, both of which are progressing successfully. Abi has always been flexible and prompt with our requests, and he has been excellent at interpreting our needs and translating them into the capabilities of the Pardot software. Moreover, he makes valuable suggestions for the best course of action. I am happy to say that by working with Abi, I have learned a lot more about Pardot and I look forward to continuing our partnership on future campaigns.
