Teros places senior software engineers from Uruguay and Argentina with US startups, either employed compliantly on Teros payroll (Employer of Record) or reserved by the hour for work with a clear end date (Hours In Reserve).

We don't manage your engineers. You do. We find people you wouldn't have found on your own; you interview them, you decide if they clear your bar, and you manage them day to day. Salary passes through to the engineer in full, with a flat fee on top, so you always know what your engineer is paid.

Engineers work a full day of overlap with US Eastern and about five hours with Pacific. They're in your standup, not filing a report overnight.
