Whoever you talk to on day one is the same person redrawing a button at 2 am because it felt off. Nothing gets passed down a chain and turned to mush.

It doesn’t scale.
That’s the point. We started UGLY because we were tired of doing things someone else’s way, so now we don’t.
The only way to lose is to be boring. So we won’t be.
