I am Phuong Ngo, Chairman, and CEO of the company. Since the establishment of the company more than 5 years ago, the company has continuously developed a technical team from 10 people up to 180 people at present.

With the motto of creating long-term trust from customers, we always aim at product quality first, helping customers' business emerge, and protect customers’ IP.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Working in a large software development service company with more than 2,500 employees as an executive Director for nearly 20 years, I have been experienced that a large company lags in changing the traditional waterfall software development model to a more agile one. The traditional model takes a lot of time for defining requirements, estimating, and pricing, which leads to delays in project implementation and therefore long time to market. I decided to establish TPS with the goal of becoming a Trusted software product development Partner for start-ups and SMEs in the USA and Japan. TPS is applying the new Agile Scrum production model which is extremely flexible, allowing customers to communicate daily with team members directly. Customers can see the product in developing, review, and quickly provide feedback to avoid deviating from customers' expectations.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Our company is an in-house team with 180 talented engineers on board.
The team is well-versed with technical skills covering the life-cycle development services, including business analytics, UI/UX designing, development, quality assurance, IT Managed, and maintenance.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Unlike older software development companies who mostly provide software engineers to the customers. TPS is being with our customers from the beginning of the software development cycle to consult, business analyses, design UI/UX, develop and operate (DevOps) the software product in the cloud.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Our clients spread across multiple industries, among which, e-Commerce / Marketplace, Fintech, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Telecommunication are our domain focus. 100% of customers are still staying and working with us.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
A full software development service in which we have successfully made our client’s start-up business emerge and/or increase the revenue.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We measure bugs density and the number of story points we developed as quality and productivity factors. Our Agile Scrum software development model is very quick and highly interactive with customers to get understand their needs and requirements.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a 24-hour support service for customers from the US due to significantly different time zones. For other markets, our technical team supports client queries and issues directly, the latest response is on a business day.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Most of our clients are long-term and pay monthly on the number of the Scrum development team. Some are having features/products well defined to estimate/quote and invoice/pay by phases.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We require at least 10,000 USD as a minimum budget.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Our projects mostly range between 10,000 USD and 500,000 USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
TPS in the next 10 years will become 1000 employees in size providing software development services for Fortune500 companies.
