tre plus is a Dutch-led nearshore software development partner with its own office in Pristina, Kosovo. We help companies in the Netherlands and across Europe extend their engineering teams with dedicated developers and technical specialists.

Our people are not freelancers or a rotating pool of outsourced resources. They are employed locally by tre plus and work directly as part of our clients’ existing teams: in the same stand-ups, tooling, codebase and development processes.

We take care of sourcing, recruitment, local employment, payroll, workspace and day-to-day support in Kosovo, while our clients remain in control of product, technology and priorities.

Our focus is long-term team extension rather than project outsourcing. Whether a company needs one developer or wants to build a complete nearshore team, we aim to make working across borders feel as close as possible to hiring locally.

With Kosovo in the same European time zone, strong English proficiency and just a short flight from Western Europe, tre plus combines access to technical talent with a practical, hands-on local setup.
