We needed one place where customers could always find the latest PARTY deals from vendors, anytime. The team at Trigma made a Consumer Delivery App and an Inventory Management System. These let companies in our market put their deals on the app. They made three apps: one for sellers, one for buyers, and one for hosts. The main goal was to save customers time by providing them a single platform where they could buy things quickly.

Saas platform’s Product Discovery and MVP Development We engaged Trigma for the Discovery phase of our SaaS platform with the aim of addressing key challenges. During the Discovery phase of our SaaS platform development, Trigma's scope of work encompassed in-depth research, analysis, and planning. The scope of work for building an ERP system to streamline and integrate human resources - The team understood the HR processes, designed and developed modules for core HR functions, such as employee information management, payroll, attendance, benefits, performance management, and recruitment. They integrated the HR module with other ERP modules, such as finance and accounting, to ensure seamless data flow. The scope also encompassed - customization to align with specific HR policies and regulatory requirements, data migration from existing HR systems, extensive testing, user training, and ongoing support.

We engaged Trigma to develop a web app on bubble.io, designed to aid in managing our writing projects, tracking progress, and collaborating with team members. The development process included several stages: project planning, UI/UX design, development, integration, testing, debugging, and maintenance. The team also integrated project management and content creation tools into the web app besides the core content management features. These tools allow users to create and manage writing projects, track progress, set deadlines, and utilize writing and editing features like templates, style guides, and grammar checkers, resulting in high-quality content creation.

We engaged Trigma to develop a web-based workflow management application on Bubble.io, aimed at streamlining company procedures such as task assignments, approvals, and alerts. The project involved several areas of work, including requirement analysis, user interface design, database design, workflow automation, user management, testing and debugging, and deployment and maintenance. Key deliverables included a requirement analysis report, wireframes and design mockups, a database schema and data model, workflow logic and automation, and a maintenance plan. The technology used for the project was Bubble.io.

Trigma was engaged to assist us in deploying, monitoring, and managing our cloud-based applications utilizing DevOps methodologies to enhance deployment speed and reliability. The DevOps team collaborated closely with us to understand our current system and processes, pinpointed potential bottlenecks, and formulated a strategy to streamline the development and management of our cloud-based applications. The team proceeded to establish the cloud infrastructure and environment, which included configuring security protocols and creating accounts. They designed and implemented a CI/CD pipeline to automate the build, testing, and deployment process. Additionally, they monitored the application and infrastructure performance, resolved any issues promptly, and ensured smooth system operation. Trigma also provided ongoing support to optimize system performance and efficiency by addressing issues that arose and implementing continuous improvements.

Initially, our team had a clear understanding of the data that required migration, the AWS services to be utilized, the budgetary constraints, and the timeline. The subsequent step involved setting up the AWS environment, which encompassed creating an account with AWS, configuring necessary infrastructure such as EC2 instances and S3 buckets, and implementing security protocols. To ensure data integrity, the team securely transferred the data and performed tests to evaluate the application's functionality, performance, and security vulnerabilities. Post-migration, the team provided ongoing support by monitoring system performance, delivering technical assistance, and addressing any issues that arose.

Initially, we engaged Trigma to design our e-commerce website, and we chose Bubble.io as the platform for development due to its user-friendly design, scalability, and seamless integration with third-party tools and services. The project encompassed several critical areas of work, such as requirement analysis, user interface design, database design, product management, shopping cart functionality, payment gateway integration, and order management. Additionally, the team made sure to optimize the website for search engines and put in place robust security measures to safeguard sensitive consumer information.

I engaged Trigma to develop a custom Asset Tracking System based on Bubble.io technology, which fulfilled our network engineering needs. This system allows us to track network assets and obtain information on their location, configuration, and status. Trigma's team utilized Bubble.io to develop the Asset Tracking System, including the user interface, backend database, and necessary APIs. They conducted rigorous functional testing before deploying the system to the production environment.
