U Sorted Group

uSorted Group (Pty) Ltd was founded through its affiliate company called Dial4Life Call Centre Solutions Pty Ltd which is registered with the Financial Services Board of South Africa after it was acquired from the Sanlam Group through a successful MBO.
This company together with its sister company uCovered Insurance Solutions has since successfully established its position as a financial service provider to companies like Discovery with a 100 seater call center.

With its vision to spread its wings in the international market and building a client list of companies largely in the service sector, the uSorted Group was launched specifically for this market so as to complement the existing business. Leveraging its solid foundation with its directors combined experience of over 40 years, uSorted Group is set to become the dominant business process outsource Service Company in South Africa, servicing the International Market.
