UNUS Digital

UNUS Digital is a boutique firm in Madrid that applies artificial intelligence to the three things most companies need to fix: how they sell, how fast they execute and what their operations cost. Founded in 2010 to digitize Spanish businesses, the team rebuilt its offer around AI in 2025 without losing its focus on practical results.

Clients usually come to us with a specific problem: a sales funnel that leaks, a process that depends on manual checks, or a customer channel spread across too many tools. We start with a three-week Diagnostic at a fixed price, which maps the opportunities, designs the solution and sets the business metric that will prove the result. We then deliver one lever in a Sprint of six to ten weeks, reviewed with the client every two weeks, and offer a monthly Ongoing Partner service to keep it running.

Our two partners lead every engagement personally. Eduardo Sambade brings more than fifteen years in large companies, focused on analytics, conversion and marketing technology. Gonzalo Lasarte brings software architecture and systems integration experience from LaLiga, Software AG and Orange. We keep the number of clients deliberately low so that every project gets direct attention.

Our agents propose and execute, but a named person on the client's side approves any decision with legal, financial or regulatory impact, and every action is logged for audit.
