Communication is key on Web projects. Valmax responds within minutes (no matter the time and date) and is very open and direct if they are having issues. Because of this, I always know what is going on in the project and can react if something needs to be adjusted. As far as price goes, I have never seen someone offer this fair of a price who still produces great results.
