Amazing service quality that we have learned to love

Vcall Global has helped us solve our most difficult problem, which was the call abandonment rate. With our previous outsourcing company, we found it hard to maintain consistency in call handling. But Vcall Global has a very good infrastructure that allows them to maintain very low call abandonment. The agents are very professional and always ensure that they minimize hold times. The CSAT is gradually rising and we are happy with the business relationship so far.
