Versich has performed excellently with respect to project management. They’ve aligned a dedicated project manager to our team, who has answered our questions and handled escalations. The project manager has met with the technical leads biweekly, and we’ve held monthly business review meetings. They’ve taken a personal approach to our partnership, and working with them has been great. We’ve primarily used Jira to track progress and various tools such as Google Meet, Slack, Zoom, and Skype to communicate.

Also, they have been incredibly agile, recognising the fact that our project had a large number of unknowns from the outset and have addressed these as we have progressed through the process. I am extremely impressed with the team and what we received from them overall.

I started this project even though I wasn’t sure that the app was feasible, but Versich did a great job putting together what I was looking for in the app and executing the plan to create it. There were a lot of curveballs along the way, and they did a great job adjusting to those changes. We haven’t released the app to many people, so I don’t have any feedback other than coming from myself. In relation to that, I appreciate their diligence in resolving the bugs we identify and making sure everything is running properly.

Their product successfully replaced the previous product we had. It functioned as intended, and we were happy with their work. We plan to work with them again to fine-tune the software in about six months, once we have more experience with the tool.
