Virio is an AI-first digital agency founded in San Giovanni Valdarno, Tuscany. We help Italian small and medium-sized businesses close the gap between where they are and where technology can take them, through web development, e-commerce, and AI automation and consulting.

Our approach is straightforward: we don't sell generic packages. We start by understanding how a business actually operates, identify the highest-leverage points for digital improvement, and build solutions that fit. Whether that means a high-converting Shopify store, a custom AI agent that handles repetitive workflows, or a full web platform built for scale, we deliver what moves the needle, not what looks good on a proposal.

Internally, Virio operates lean by design. A focused core team handles strategy, architecture, and client relationships. Execution is backed by a vetted network of technical partners we know well, which means faster turnaround, predictable quality, and pricing that makes sense for SMEs. No bloated teams, no unnecessary overhead passed to the client.

Beyond the agency, Virio is building a portfolio of vertical SaaS products for underserved Italian market segments. Our first product, Ristoora, is a management platform designed for the food & beverage sector. Each product is developed using our own commercial infrastructure and distributed through the same channels we build for clients, creating a compounding flywheel between consulting, product, and growth.

Long-term, the vision is larger: use the operator knowledge and partner network built through consulting to move into AI enterprise integration and, ultimately, technology private equity. The agency is the starting point, not the destination.
