VNC TEC is an IT services company based in São Paulo, Brazil, serving small and mid-sized businesses since 2015 from its own office in Tatuapé, on the east side of the city.

We run the client's entire technology environment under a single monthly contract with a written SLA, instead of billing per incident. That means the company stops depending on a different technician for every problem and gets one party accountable for the whole environment.

What we deliver: managed IT support with a structured help desk, cybersecurity and SOC as a service sized for SMBs, 24x7 NOC monitoring of servers, links, backups and business-critical systems, corporate network and Wi-Fi projects, structured cabling, cloud migration, Microsoft 365 deployment and management, corporate cloud backup, and the technical side of LGPD compliance, which is the Brazilian data protection law.

What sets us apart is our own operations platform. Sentinel brings infrastructure monitoring, security event detection and remote action into a single workflow, with an audit trail of every action taken. In practice, most incidents are resolved before they become a support ticket, and at the end of the month there is a real history of what happened in the environment.

We also build custom software when an off-the-shelf product does not fit the client's process. Our own systems include Hub RH for people management, Audit Flow for financial process control, and a management system for pet shops and veterinary clinics.

We serve clients across the city of São Paulo, the greater São Paulo region, the ABC area, Alphaville, inland cities such as Campinas, São José dos Campos, Ribeirão Preto and Sorocaba, and the Santos coast. Remote support is immediate and on-site visits are scheduled.
