I am a Project Manager in a digital agency. We offer full cycle software development services. We were in an extreme need to temporarily expand our team to manage the workload and deliver a couple of projects in time. We searched for developers on a freelance platform. We found wCopilot to be the best match for us. We had a few projects we needed help with immediately. We initially worked with the project manager. After the discovery phase we communicated via the dashboard and had bi-weekly planning calls to align on next steps.

I was looking for a team who can build a website to showcase the opportunities my marketing network offers. I searched online and their name was among the Webflow experts. After a short demo I decided to go with these guys. Since I had no clear scope to start with or design in mind - the subscription model worked just fine for me. We had a kick-off meeting to discuss my goals and objectives. I sent them a few links of the websites I liked and some content. After a few days I received the first page ready built directly on Webflow. I worked with the developer dedicated to my project who assured all tasks were completed correctly. They have a dashboard where I would submit the task and receive a notification once the task is completed.

We bumped into wCopilot on Clutch. The project wasn't easy since it involved creating designs based on simple mock-ups, integrating forms and CTAs with Hubspot, and at the same time, a tight deadline and a lot of pressure coming from all sides. We worked with 2-3 people from the development team on a regular basis. In the end, the outcome was extremely positive and we highly recommend wCopilot to anyone who wants to create a Webflow website from scratch, or even to anyone who just wants to make some small improvements.
