WeAreFabbrik is a senior AI and software studio with offices in Athens, Greece and Tallinn, Estonia. We build production-grade AI systems, business automation, and custom platforms for companies that need working software, not slide decks. Since 2018 we have delivered 50+ projects across 8 countries for clients in Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

We focus on three things. AI & Machine Learning: chatbots, AI agents, predictive models, NLP, and recommendation systems, scoped tight and shipped fast. Business Automation: workflow automation, document processing and extraction, CRM/ERP integration, API development, and data pipelines that remove manual work and the errors that come with it. Custom Platforms: internal tools, admin dashboards, SaaS products, and web applications built from scratch on React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS/Azure. No templates, no page builders.

We also ship our own products, including Callen AI, an AI receptionist for clinics, so we know what it takes to run AI in production, not just demo it. Alongside delivery, we offer software architecture audits and EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance assessments, and we take Lovable and Replit prototypes to production.

Our team is led by a fractional CTO and software architect with two prior CTO roles and experience managing engineering teams of up to 20. Clients include FlashChat, IMTF, Resolute, L-Crew, Dr. Kelly Skincare, Quorin, and Finalysis.
