We engaged Webcapitan to design and develop from scratch a new company website based in Wordpress that better reflected our brand. As part of this they also developed an easy-to-use content management system in the backend. Their designs were top notch as was their level of service, responsiveness & commitment to the project. All milestones were delivered on time & to budget & I couldn't be happier. We will definitely be using them again!
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Easy to work with, highly skilled at what they do & completed the project in a timely manner.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
No real cons, only thing would maybe be the time difference as we're based in Australia & they're based in the Ukraine, however it didn't cause any difficulties at all as they were still very responsive.

Describe your project in brief
Complete overhaul of our existing website to better use updated web features but most importantly to incorporate the use of social media and e-commerce platforms. We created a completely new website for a newly acquired subsidiary.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Any issues or corrections were easily explained and executed efficiently. Even with the time difference, we were able to communicate via virtual meet up and with screen sharing, all issues were addressed and communication of ideas was easy.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Nothing other than the fact that I felt bad they had to work under the threat of war but was glad to patronize them.
We are completely satisfied with the website created!

Roman heads up the outfit but Alex has been our project manager on both occasions and whilst lacking any sense of humour ;), he's been a key player in getting our work done to spec, on time, on budget and without hassle.
Webcapitan are a Ukraine based development company who provide a range of services but we've used them for Wordpress development, bespoke graphic design, SEO and a testing ground for our more bizarre ideas - none of which have been rejected out of hand.
Instead, they've worked tirelessly, often making tweaks at short notice to produce sites that are accessible, engaging to look at and reflect authentic representation as we seek to show our brand to a diverse range of stakeholders. It's worth noting that we do the day to day ops and host the site and we can call in the team to make changes to code etc.
