Webdew Created a Whiteboard Explainer Video for our Company, and the Reviews Were Great!

In January, we decided we wanted to create a whiteboard explainer video. We were having some issues communicating our product and business to customers and figured a video would be a great help. We found Webdew and started working with them to create this video. Webdew helped us put together a script and visual deck to see what fit for us.

They use a collaborative product to communicate with ease, which improved our experience. While creating the video, we utilized the same product to make comments in real-time with Webdew, which worked great because we were able to share thoughts at any hour, and they could respond just as fast. Their voiceover and audio services were great as well.

After the project was complete, we shared the video with customers and colleagues, and they love it! They were able to understand thanks to the illustrations and animations Webdew provided us in the video. With their help, we can now market our product in a more efficient manner.

Fantastic experience building new website!

Webdew is the best-outsourced agency for HubSpot development that I've worked with. Easy to communicate with

Great for custom development

Our company already has an in-house design team, so we hired Webdew to do custom Hubspot development based on our team's designs for a new website. Founded in 2016, webdew is a Digital Agency that helps businesses grow with our websites, videos, and marketing services. And in such a short period, we have carved a niche for ourselves in the industry for our top-notch services.

Being a CEO of the Company, I've spent the last decade building and growing my business and helping businesses around the world grow.
What is the story behind starting this company?
I always wanted to do something of my own, what and how that I figured out only when I was doing my graduation. I used to spend my nights browsing different business ideas while also working as a freelancer.

I then started my own web hosting company and then sold it after 3 years, to finally start Webdew in 2016, providing Website, Video, HubSpot, and Marketing services. And we have been growing ever since.

From a team of 2, we are now a family of 65+.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a fully in-house company.

I strongly believe that Talent acquisition is the heart of any organization. Besides, your team is the driving force behind your company’s success, so finding the right people becomes all the more crucial.

So, our highly enthusiastic Talent Acquisition team works really hard to find the best talent possible! Although, we do give weightage to attitude over skills. Because skills can be gained or improved with time, attitude is inherent.
 
So, we look for people with a positive attitude, those with a similar vision, and those who happily become part of the company culture.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We at webdew follow the motto of "Learning every day." And the dynamic team of enthusiasts and forever learners in webdew keep improving their skills and keep learning whatever new tool or technology is introduced in their niche.

And this gives us an edge over our competitors since our team is keeping up with the latest technology.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We serve multiple industries, including SaaS, eLearning, Computer Software, Tourism, Financial Services, IT, and AI-based industries.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Well, over the last 2 years, we have gained a very strong foothold in the video production field. So, most of our clients approach us for video services, including explainer videos, 2D animation, 3D animation, Screencast videos, Live-action videos, Kinetic typography, and even onboarding videos.

Besides videos, since we are HubSpot Diamond partners, a lot of our clients are the ones who need HubSpot consulting, onboarding, integration, migration, and even development services.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
The customer satisfaction rate, in my opinion, is over 95%. I did not say 100% because you can not really please everyone, and there are times that a project doesn't go as expected. The reason can be either of the two parties, and there can be some hiccups down the road.

Nonetheless, we at webdew aim to provide the best experience to our customers, right from the first interaction till we successfully deliver the project.
And to make sure we actually achieve that, we follow a strict process that begins with spending a good time with them in the initial conversations to understand their needs clearly. Based on those initial conversations, we don't oversell ourselves but set realistic expectations.

We keep in constant contact with our clients to take regular feedback and keep them updated with the progress. One thing I believe that helps us the most is transparency. We are pretty honest about what we can or can not do, and we're open to the same kind of honest opinion from our clients. So, this helps in maintaining a healthy and long-term relationship with them.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
The kind of support we offer to our clients is mostly client-centric and customized, which varies from client to client. After all, no two clients are the same, nor are their requirements.

Besides, we ensure that they have a single point of contact when it comes to any queries or issues, avoiding any chaos or confusion. We walk the clients through the entire process, right from the information gathering to the delivery.

Although, if there is an issue on our end, we do take ownership of that and resolve it accordingly. And once the issue has been resolved, we do a follow-up to make sure everything is on track.

We understand that one of the most important factors affecting the client-business relationship is trust. So, we do our best to uphold our values and stay true to our promises.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We follow a flexible payment structure that varies from client to client and the demographic region.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We don't focus on taking projects with a specified budget. Our goal is to provide value to our customers and help them do the same. webdew is open to all clients.
The smallest ticket size we have is that of our video services, which is also one of our most sought-after services, and it usually starts from around 2000 USD. When it comes to our website services, the basic price range lies somewhere between 12K-15K USD.

Somewhere between 2K to 15K USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
When I founded webdew, I wanted to become the top marketing agency in India and then one of the most recognized in the world. And then, as we started growing and expanding our vertical of services, the vision was to be the best name in the services we offer and the ones yet to come.

However, now, I'm more focused on providing quality services that solve an industry problem, be it directly or through the clients, we are providing services to.

I don't wish to generate "X" revenue or be at the top; I wish to contribute to providing a solution to the biggest problem. We are not competing with anyone. We simply want to be the best versions of ourselves.
