WebProfessor is a Warsaw-based software house specializing in two areas: professional business websites and custom applications that companies run on every day.
We build websites on Astro, Sanity headless CMS and Cloudflare. They are fast and secure, rank high in Google and AI search, and convert well. We migrate sites from WordPress and other CMSs without losing Google rankings. They are also ready for AI agents: we implement WebMCP, so AI assistants can use a site's search, forms or booking directly.
We build custom software in React, Next.js and Spring Boot: internal systems, panels for patients, customers and sales, and billing, integrated with the company's other tools. After launch we handle maintenance and development.

Our deepest experience is in three industries:
- Healthcare. For the OpenMed medical centers we built a website with online booking (+43% conversion, +3782% organic traffic) and MedBill, a clinic management system. Plus an e-prescription, sick note and e-referral platform integrated with Poland's P1 e-health system and ZUS.
- Automotive. The ClickLease website, with vehicle search, a leasing calculator and supplier offers, raised conversion by 86%.
- Education. For Bonapi, a Dutch training center, we moved multilingual sites from WordPress to Sanity and Astro. We also built a system for their training, customers and internal processes, with e-learning. For Egzamido, a platform with subscriptions and a study assistant.
