Overview

About WorkBase PH

WorkBase PH is a Philippines-based team that helps businesses hire Filipino remote talent and grow online. We give employers three ways to hire: do it yourself, have our team hire for you, or have us manage your hire month to month.

Hire it yourself: post a job on our platform for a flat $29 (one-time, no subscription), get AI-matched to Filipino specialists, and message and interview them directly.

Done-For-You Hiring: we run the hiring for you. Our team sources candidates, runs first-round interviews, checks references and background, and confirms each person has the equipment to work from day one. You get a shortlist where every candidate comes with an intro video or audio, and you choose who to hire. One flat fee per hire, quoted up front, with 30 days of support and a free replacement if needed.

Managed Hire: want us to keep managing your hire? For one monthly fee we pay them, track attendance with clock-in photos and end-of-day summaries on your dashboard, and replace them at no extra cost. Month to month.

Launch Startup Services: our in-house team builds your website and brand, runs SEO and growth (including paid ads and analytics), and automates repetitive work like intake forms, booking and reminders. Websites and automations are fixed project fees; SEO and growth is a monthly retainer. You own everything we build, and smaller jobs are welcome.

WorkBase PH is operated by Curators Marketplace, a DTI- and BIR-registered business in the Philippines.
