Challenges:

-It was critical to his business to have a robust and scalable solution.

-They needed to service 4000 customers visiting their facility

Solutions:

-We created an React Native mobile app, easy to deploy in each marketplace

-Building microservices architecture passing it into a set of REST APIs, ready to support new customers and requirements.

-The app is integrated and uses the API's of cinemas, restaurants, mkt & promotions and parking lots.

Results:

-The realization of the mobile app represented not only a reduction in development costs and timelines, but also an improvement in production times for new or critical features. As a result, MallPlaza continued to grow successfully, we stopped providing services but we know that the application continued to grow.

We are working on one of the company's applications, its core application.

Challanges:

-Application development impacted by prolonged agency timelines.

Solution:

-We inherited 25% developed application, we quickly assembled a custom team to meet set deadlines.

-Significant development changes, including extra features, through refactoring and improved UI/UX design

-We exceeded the client's goal by boosting application performance from 19% to 90%.

Results:

-With successful results, the project is near completion with a mid 2023 launch target after bug fixing stage.

-Company description: Transportant provides tools and technology to deliver a safe and efficient ride to/from school.

-Initial Problem: The initiative arises for two reasons: on the one hand, the need for parents to know where their children's school bus is located and, on the other, the need for schools to know what happens on the school bus. For example: the route, stops, if accidents occur, etc. The main objective was to improve student safety and respond to the needs of parents and schools. 

-Stack of technologies:  Golang, Python, Bash, PostgresSQL, Graphql, Ansible

-Long term relationship: 2018-2020

-Results:  

• We developed FreePreTrip, a web and mobile (PWA) multi tenant app that helps with the process of trip inspections for school buses. 

• The app provides: cameras with LIVE Audio/Video, GPS Fleet Management, student ridership tracking, mobile App for parents, turn by turn navigation, unlimited WiFi for Students and pre and post trip checklist.                 

• All the connectivity between the buses and the server was developed, ensuring that the entire school bus system works well and without demanding many resources. 

• Algorithmic challenges were solved, for example, how to identify repeated stops, how to improve the route of buses on the route and how to detect all stops correctly.

• To improve security, a data access and permissions system was developed for all users within the school system (such as parents, students, administrators) and schools. The objective was to improve data privacy because it is sensitive information, such as the location of students. Before that, all users had the same permissions on the data. 

• Development of communication protocols and transport security and development of demand for real-time video and gps inputs. 

• The installation of cameras and devices inside the transports was improved.
