X-DMAIC DIGITAL WORLD

As a marketing executive for a plastic joint stock company, I'm responsible for the collaboration between our team and X-DMAIC. I must say that X-DMAIC is a good marketing partner as they make all the details clear, provide us with thoughtful and useful advice while being very responsive to our feedbacks. We had 3 goals for this project: increase sales, improving our main website design as well as traffic-related KPIs and finally, setting up the base for our future online marketing campaigns. X-DMAIC is responsible for the design of the landing page as well as the content for 12 posts per month which would be on the main website and the fanpage. They are also responsible for the setup of online advertisements on Google. The progress is reported once a week through email.

We quickly came to an agreement and begin the project. They were responsible for preparing content for Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Whie there were several face-to-face meetings between GLOBEDR and X-DMAIC, most of information exchange are conducted online. Most of work was done smoothly, except for a few misinformation which were settled quickly.
