What do you like the most about 3Dsellers?
The multichannel order management system is the most helpful feature for me. I can see all my orders from every marketplace in a single dashboard, which makes fulfillment faster. I like that I can update tracking numbers, manage returns, and answer customer questions without switching accounts. The helpdesk tool also makes communication easier, allowing me to handle customer messages in one place. Together, these features make daily operations feel much more organized.
What do you like the least about 3Dsellers?
The only small downside I found was a slight delay when loading one group of orders, but it fixed itself quickly. I also had to adjust one setting to make the order filters work exactly how I wanted, but once set up, it stayed that way. These were minor issues and didn’t slow me down. The platform generally works very well, and any small issue disappears with a refresh or a quick look at the settings.
