About Appoint Me

Appoint Me is booking software for clinics, salons, barbers, physios, therapists and any business that takes appointments. Each location has its own hours and team, run from one account, and the Diary shows the whole day with a column per person. Customers book from a page that shows only your business, never a marketplace of rivals: they pick a person or the earliest time, book several services at once, join a waitlist, and move or cancel within your rules. Intake and consent forms are signed online before the visit.

Deposits, no-show fees, saved cards, tips and prepaid sessions go straight into your own Stripe account. Also included: rooms, walk-in queue with a waiting-room screen, recurring bookings, recalls, reviews, promo codes, loyalty, gift cards and email reminders. One flat price: 50 GBP a month for the first location, 40 GBP for each extra one, unlimited staff and bookings.
