  • What I love most about ARI is how user-friendly and customizable it is. Whether I’m logging parts, tracking labor, or managing payments, everything is seamless. The integrated features, like digital inspections and customer reminders, help me provide top-notch service while keeping my clients informed.
  • It's easy and simple to use, essential for all workshop staff. The response rate to a question or a problem is speedy and effective. Signing up for the monthly subscription was right, as they constantly upgraded the features. They also take feedback seriously and try incorporating it where it makes sense.
  • The software is user friendly. Easy to navigate. The clock in feature and vin decoder are amazing but what I really love is the online payment option and the fact that a client can electronically sign estimates is great.

  • I wish I could link Identifix like you can prodemand I wish I could link payment options like zelle and venmo
  • I haven't found anything i dislike yet, as every time I complain about something or need help, they deal with it instantly.
  • To be honest. There isn’t anything I dislike about it. I’ve used other shop management systems in the past but I truly enjoy this platform and that’s why I stay a subscriber

What I value most about ARI is how seamlessly it handles everything from customer check-ins to final invoicing. It's built with auto repair shops in mind, so every feature parts inventory, labor tracking, VIN decoder, service history is highly relevant.

What do you like the least about ARI?

While the platform is strong overall, we’ve run into a few hiccups with the mobile version sometimes it lags when switching between service orders.

Leading Standard in Automotive Software

The biggest problem was we were only able to use it at the shop. Now we can access it anywhere. The reports also allow the book keeper to easily pull it all and import.

What do you like the most about ARI?

ARI has become a leading standard because it's a web browser software, can be access anywhere with internet. The integration of ProDemand labor, parts tech, OEC repair link makes building a ticket so easy. The digital inspections are built into ARI, and transfer right into the estimate. The inspections app allows you to take pictures with your high quality camera on your phones, use speech to text, then it's all imparted to the ticket instant.

What do you like the least about ARI?

I do wish that ARI had a direct integration with ProDemand service manual so you didn't have to copy the vin and open ProDemand in browser then paste in the VIN.

Just basic shop management and service intervals. Also helps with invoice and revenue numbers. I definitely am a lot more productive. Business increased. To me the software is the best in the world

Easy layout and great history information to ensure you're up today on all current and upcoming vehicles - easy schedule layouts for calendars and reports. easy organization to see all work orders at the same time and organize by many different factors. Also auto invoicing so you don't need to move or adjust anything before during or after.

The system is outdated and looks like its in need of an update to be more visually appealing - needs to implement a system for ordering parts without getting out of the program - needs to have a way to show when parts have arrived.

Great software

I can't believe such app exists at the price they charge for it. It has all the bells and whistles of major platform but I fund it much easier to setup and use. They even have licence plate decoder and car service history, Just that service alone will cost you a fortune on other platforms. We are very happy with this app. Kudos to the owners!

Perfect for my repair shop

I've been using this software for 6 months and it's a real game-changer. I love the features they keep adding all the time. The last one was POs and vehicle inspections. That gave me the idea to offer 50-point inspections as part of our services and we had great success. Really good app at a very good price!
