“A Must-Have for Modern Auto Shops Keeps Our Workflow Sharp and Efficient”
The vendor invited me to write this review, and I’m glad to share my experience. As a current user, I can say the software has transformed how we operate. It’s intuitive for techs and front office staff, and the support team is responsive. We were incentivized to provide feedback, but this review reflects our real, daily use in the shop.

What do you like the most about ARI?
What I value most about ARI is how seamlessly it handles everything from customer check-ins to final invoicing. It's built with auto repair shops in mind, so every feature parts inventory, labor tracking, VIN decoder, service history is highly relevant.
What do you like the least about ARI?
While the platform is strong overall, we’ve run into a few hiccups with the mobile version sometimes it lags when switching between service orders.
