What do you like the most about ARI?
ARI has become a leading standard because it's a web browser software, can be access anywhere with internet. The integration of ProDemand labor, parts tech, OEC repair link makes building a ticket so easy. The digital inspections are built into ARI, and transfer right into the estimate. The inspections app allows you to take pictures with your high quality camera on your phones, use speech to text, then it's all imparted to the ticket instant.
What do you like the least about ARI?
I do wish that ARI had a direct integration with ProDemand service manual so you didn't have to copy the vin and open ProDemand in browser then paste in the VIN.

The software is user friendly. Easy to navigate. The clock in feature and vin decoder are amazing but what I really love is the online payment option and the fact that a client can electronically sign estimates is great.
What do you like the least about ARI?
To be honest. There isn’t anything I dislike about it. I’ve used other shop management systems in the past but I truly enjoy this platform and that’s why I stay a subscriber

The system works excellent to keep track of my clients and vehicles and being able to look up vehicle repair history have the necessary tool that I use in a daily basis I couldn't ask for a better program
What do you like the least about ARI?
Honestly I don't have any negative to say about it there was a few bugs in the beginning but they work them out it works every time and it's fast and reliable

Easy layout and great history information to ensure you're up today on all current and upcoming vehicles - easy schedule layouts for calendars and reports. easy organization to see all work orders at the same time and organize by many different factors. Also auto invoicing so you don't need to move or adjust anything before during or after.
What do you like the least about ARI?
The system is outdated and looks like its in need of an update to be more visually appealing - needs to implement a system for ordering parts without getting out of the program - needs to have a way to show when parts have arrived.

It's easy and simple to use, essential for all workshop staff. The response rate to a question or a problem is speedy and effective. Signing up for the monthly subscription was right, as they constantly upgraded the features. They also take feedback seriously and try incorporating it where it makes sense.

I haven't found anything i dislike yet, as every time I complain about something or need help, they deal with it instantly.
