Beesbusy is a collaborative planning tool. Easy to use, it allows federating expert users and occasional users. - The planning of the tasks is materialized in a schedule in the form of a Gantt chart (view When of the project), which remains simple and easy to adapt. The multi-project views allow you to have an overview of all your activities. - Resource planning is done in a view displaying all resources and associated tasks on a schedule (Who view). This view allows you to distribute the workload and to plan it, considering the occupation rates and the constraints of the resources. This planning view by resource also exists in multi-project mode, greatly facilitating arbitration when distributing work to different projects. By planning tasks AND resources, you activate the levers that allow you to build realistic schedules. You regain visibility on your activity, and everyone gains in serenity.

Excellent tool that does everything I need a project plan to do as it is very flexible and can be used for multiple purposes. I have been using it almost daily for the past few years. tasks can be easily managed through the Kanban board, tagged with custom labels. I like the streamlined layout. Here we change the way we handle tasks at our start-up.

t is an excellent tool for planning tasks and monitoring teams. we’ve been using this software for a while and find that it is cool for simply tracking task-processing timelines. It’s simple enough for everyone on our team to use, but with enough internal and cross-platform integrations and features to streamline our processes.

Great, user-friendly solution. It is really helpful and perfect software for anyone running a business. It provides an easy platform to communicate and share/allot tasks. After using this reliable software my team has become much more efficient. The automated Gantt chart is useful and convenient. It is extremely well-designed and does everything I require.

Beesbusy is a collaborative project management software to plan the task.

Beesbusy is an excellent and agile tool I must say. I am using this software for my work and I liked that it gives you the ability to create and manage your task schedules. It gives you an overview of your project and its progress. On this platform, task boards, Gantt charts and team schedules are the main features to overview your projects. Its colour-coded indicators are very useful to provide the exact progress of any project.

Wonderful and pretty robust task management and resource planning software.

We chose this tool for a small project with a limited budget, but it swiftly became our absolute favorite. The collaboration improved exponentially, and the team's output had never been so high. The finest feature for us was the resource planning feature, which ensures that all impending work is highlighted and prioritized.

A cost effective project management software for a small business.

Owning a small business can be difficult at times due to budget cuts, but thanks to Beesbusy, I've never had to change this tool because it fits right into our budgets. It is best suited for start-ups and startups that are trying to manage their projects on a tight budget.
