Great tool to enhance customer satisfaction !

A great tool to enhance the customer experience on our website. With just a few clicks and interactions with the chatbot, they can book the reservation by themself, which save us lots of time. Although there are occasional minor bugs, I'm quite relieved to see the update notification from developer regularly.

Impressive chatbot platform for those who are new or not tech-savvy

- Never took a programming/coding course but I was still able to easily set up a chatbot flow myself. - I just need to save 3 cups of starbucks to be able to use the pro version - reasonable price. BotStar chatbot is fast as it can respond to multiple customers at once, which is something you don't get in human agents. It's easy to set up and only requires some basic technical knowledge to create a chatbot on the Botstar website.

I have been using the facebook chat bot from BotStar. It has so many options and very easy to use. I liked the step by step tutorial that makes it easy to learn.
