Excellent Cloud-based AR Platform

I have had a wonderful experience with Cadency so far. It's a great solution with many flexible features. It has saved us time on invoice creation, receivables, and the reconciliation process. Sharing reports with stakeholders is also easier with Cadency.

What do you like the most about Cadency?

It has a clean and easy to understand interface. Keeping track of finances is easier with Cadency. Generating editable reports is a great feature. Integrating bank accounts ensures seamless payment collections. It has a multi-account interface for merchant users and accounting teams. There’s a self-service portal for customers to view payment history.

What do you like the least about Cadency?

It is a web-based application so, you may experience connectivity issues. It has a few interface customization options.

User-friendly and Efficient AR Collection Tool

Easy to use and convenient, allows for a streamlined approach to collections, reducing the time spent on manual tasks. Its clean design makes it easier to navigate, requiring little time to train our collection teams. The self-service customer portal also facilitates customers, allowing them to make payments using a secure portal with their preferred payment method and providing an option to communicate directly through the support inbox.

Streamlined invoicing, collections and reconciliation have helped us reduce manual efforts. Dunning management is another feature that helped us reduce our DSO.

What do you like the least about Cadency?

Nothing to dislike so far. It would have been great if we could integrate our project management tool, Asana.
