Capifiq

Capifiq is a secure online interviewing platform designed to bring the integrity employers expect from in-person interviews to online hiring. Interviews take place on Capifiq, combining live video, collaborative interview tools, captions, Capifiq ID verification, integrity protections, and a reviewable session record in one purpose-built environment. Its physics-based approach examines covered system and environment activity rather than relying on a fixed list of known tool names, helping surface integrity-relevant activity associated with hidden AI assistance, remote control, virtualized environments, display changes, and related interview activity.

Separately labeled media-authenticity signals and timestamped evidence support human review. People conduct and evaluate the interview; Capifiq does not grade answers, generate candidate or cheating scores, rank applicants, recommend employment outcomes, or automatically reject candidates.
