As the CEO of CareCloud, my primary goal is to ensure that our product remains at the forefront of the healthcare IT industry. CareCloud Central's billing offers an additional feature called Campus. This informative feature doubles as a customer education and training platform that allows users to have their questions answered or issues resolved regarding their tech usage. Furthermore, the platform is the best way to learn tips and tricks from
CareCloud’s experts, on how to maximize their technology’s utility.

Additionally, the platform is information-rich, consisting of video tutorials, user guidelines, and product release notes that allow our customers to reap maximum benefits and streamline practice workflows efficiently, using our technology.

What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?
In 2022, our net revenue amounted to $138.8 million, slightly lower than the previous year's $139.6 million, resulting in a 1% dip. However, we still experienced a 7% net organic growth between 2021 and 2022.
 
During the fourth quarter of 2022, our revenue was $32.5 million, which is a 13% decrease compared to the fourth quarter of 2021. While we faced some challenges in the past year, we are committed to continuous improvement and growth for the future, and looking forward to realizing the revenue of record organic bookings growth in 2022.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
While I take pride in our current technological solutions, I believe there is always room for improvement. In the coming years, I envision that Central will evolve into a much more intelligent and efficient software that not only incorporates modern aspects of artificial intelligence, but also doubles as a business, operational, and financial workforce, all in one.

With this in mind, we plan to continue innovating and expanding our services to provide even more comprehensive solutions for healthcare practices. Our goal is to create a platform that not only streamlines practice workflows but also enhances the financial and operational performance of healthcare organizations.
