Chili Piper has internal algorithms that you can connect to your CRM. Clients can quickly fill up forms and state the reason for their appointment. Then Chili Piper will find an available date that will automatically book a meeting with the right person in your team based on their filled-up forms.

The only disadvantage that we found on this platform is that it has a steep learning curve. Its User Interface is not that friendly for beginners, so you have to learn to navigate the platform well to maximize all its features and functionalities.
