  • I don’t think there’s much to say. As the product is extensive, we do not use every feature that it offers. We have been going live in phases since we first went live with the product.

The Engage2Serve team is easy to work with and they are very quick to respond whenever we need help. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a team of business process experts with experience and empathy! Initially implementation took time because of our specific needs. We found that e2s customer support team was always available and willing to help. It has been a smooth multi-year relationship and we look forward to many more years together!
