The Engage2Serve team is easy to work with and they are very quick to respond whenever we need help. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a team of business process experts with experience and empathy! Initially implementation took time because of our specific needs. e2s’ overall design promotes ease of learning and use. The Engage2Serve team promptly responds to questions and truly values customer feedback, implementing suggestions for improved functionality. Regular product roadmap updates further enhance the product's usefulness.

What do you like the least about e2s Connect - Alumni CRM?

I don’t think there’s much to say. As the product is extensive, we do not use every feature that it offers. We have been going live in phases since we first went live with the product.
