Review Summary

Overall our experience was great. We initially tried to use a competitor but switched to ChromeRiver because of their expertise in our industry (Legal Services), and their growing suite of products and features. Our implementation was slowed by our ERP provider's lack of coordination and assistance, but our ChromeRiver integrations team helped us work through the issues and kept us on track for a successful go-live.

Ease of use / User experience - Very intuitive and easy to navigate

Variety of ways to upload and capture images - almost every style of user is contemplated

What do you like the least about Emburse Chrome River?

The Expense and Invoice systems were obviously designed by different teams, and functions across the systems is inconsistent

Routing processes could be made visual as opposed to the linear format now needed to make changes
