Overall our experience was great. We initially tried to use a competitor but switched to ChromeRiver because of their expertise in our industry (Legal Services), and their growing suite of products and features. Our implementation was slowed by our ERP provider's lack of coordination and assistance, but our ChromeRiver integrations team helped us work through the issues and kept us on track for a successful go-live.
