I love that you can smoothly make and customize your chatbot easily with this app. It is user-friendly compared to other apps where coding is required. It is excellent for small business owners like me looking to build everything by myself. They also have an extensive knowledge base of FAQs and tutorials. I highly recommend this app!

Great tool, super intuitive, and easy to use. Customer support is awesome and there is no problem that cannot be solved within a single business day. For a SaaS business dealing with a worldwide audience, it's a great way to minimize the workload on our customer support team.

The most efficient Chatbot I can easily create a chatbot.

What do you like best? I love how I can easily create a chatbot easily. It's much simpler in comparison with other chatbot platform i have used. Engati also provides the option of embedding google sheet into your chatbot which makes the lead generation process much easier and organized. Docusense technology along with WhatsApp and live integration makes it the most efficient platform i have come across. What do you dislike? I have a few minor drawbacks that I find with this software. In order to take advantage of the docusense, and google sheet integration you need to upgrade to a premium plan. Although its a very easy chatbot and live chat platform you need to have some previous knowledge of code to fully experiment with their features.

Wish I Started Using Engati Sooner on My Webite

I love the Engati chatbot. Wish I started using it sooner. I was a bit skeptical whether a no-code chatbot solution really exists, and one that gives optimal results. It turns out it does. Ever since I added it to my site, Engati chatbot boosted my site's conversion rate by over 20%, my bounce rate plummeted, while time on site skyrocketed. Since these are great UX signals Google pays special attention to, I honestly expect to see a jump in my site's ratings in the near future. It's an unexpected SEO gain, but hey, I'll gladly take it:) Not to mention the revenue and profit jump I already experienced from that 20% increase in conversions...
