  • FFT closed the loop between field operations and procurement planning for us. Before, we were making material and service purchase decisions based on guesswork and delayed updates.
  • The mobile app is a game changer for our techs. They get job details, maps, and customer notes right on their phones. No more paper forms or back and forth calls. It even works offline, which is perfect when they’re in areas with weak signal.

  • One minor gripe is the lack of deeper integrations. It would be helpful to sync certain data like completed job sheets or asset movement directly into our internal council systems or procurement portals.
  • While Field Force Tracker has greatly improved our ability to act on real-time field data for procurement decisions, one challenge we faced was interdepartmental sync during the early rollout.
