About Formstep

Collect verified customer information with one request. Your workflow or AI agent sends a request to one customer: a form in your brand and their language, prefilled with what you know, so they only confirm or correct it. They upload files, sign, book or pay on the same page, without an account. The answers come back under your field keys, and Formstep calls your callback URL the moment they submit.

Send a request from the dashboard, the API, the MCP server, n8n, Make or Zapier. Lock fields that must not change, add logic, repeating groups and calculated fields, and set reminders and an expiry date. Every submission comes with a PDF copy, and the data is stored in the EU. The Free plan includes 1,000 submissions and requests a month.
