GoodSync is great for keeping files synced across multiple devices and platforms

We Lenders.fi have been using GoodSync for about three years now, and I can't imagine working without it. It's easy to use, it's free for personal use, and it has a lot of useful features. I have it set up so that whenever I save a file on my computer, it automatically gets saved to my Dropbox account (and vice versa). That way, I always have access to the latest version of my work, no matter where I am or what device I'm using. GoodSync also lets me sync specific folders between devices: if I want to keep a folder in sync with another computer or mobile device, all it takes is one click! This is really helpful when I'm working on something big and need every possible resource available to me at all times.

Waste of time support

Added a new online storage and its out of space after 1% use. (Server reporting it) So clearly a problem with their server. I've been asked to jump through hoops uploading log files when all they need to do is probably check the space available on my storage setup from them. It feels like support just wanted to waste time until someone else was available in my opinion.

Unreliable and inaccurate

1) Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer "Service" and even worse Technical "Support" - takes ages for a response and that usually does NOT address the issue(s) 2) Customer "Service" and Technical "Support" are EXTREMELY difficult to reach. 3) Two-way sync often creates files incorrectly and in locations not specified 4) Folders chosen to be synced are often empty after the sync on the destination drive. 5) DON'T BE SUCKED IN and waste your money. I have been trying to use this program for over 5 years - unsuccessfully - and after my experience with this latest version when my nominated synced data was not synced at all, I am giving up and go back to the time consuming and labourious method of copy/paste (at least it works!)
