Gorgias is a multi channel help desk and live chat tool for an online store that is designed for eCommerce merchants. Absolutely amazing experience!! Currently, I am working with it and I love its all features as all of them are so useful as well as working well. It offers full control, asset management, and reports. So overall it does the job nicely. The new update is great.
