Gradelink

Ideal student management system for small and/or private schools. Takes a little getting used to, but once the team is trained, it is a very effective and efficient solution. The thing I like most about the software is that it provides great customer service while sometimes I think that they should improve on adding more features.

When I became Head of Academics ten years ago I had never heard of Gradelink. I had been in both a very competitive private school and a well-known public school in our state. Both of those schools used different methods in which to track grades, communicate with parents, and to host a hundred of the essential administrative needs of a school. I was so pleased to find a system that worked as well for the lower school as it did for the middle and upper school on our campus. When we needed a unique function we found Gradelink willing to write and adapt to our special needs. I strongly support the work of Gradelink and would recommend every school take a look at this product and see for yourself the usefulness it provides.

Gradelink has been a Godsend for our little school. Prior to Gradelink we were using pen and paper and excel spreadsheets. Gradelink is such a time saver. Gradelink would be even more awesome if payments were auto-applied to student accounts.
