As the CEO of Gyfted, my primary role involves strategic planning, overseeing daily operations, and driving the growth of the company. We help you discover hidden talent and hire for culture fit easily using our talent matching platform. Our product, Gyfted, is an innovative talent matching platform that seeks to revolutionize the way companies find talent. We employ cutting-edge technology to analyze potential hires' strengths and talents, thereby assisting companies in identifying potential employees who would be a perfect cultural fit for their teams. We don't just look for skills; we look for personalities that will harmoniously mesh with your company's ethos and work environment.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

It’s simple – recruiting is broken and we want to fix it. We’ve faced discrimination getting recruited and we care about removing bias in recruitment. We realized that biases, both conscious and unconscious, often creep into the hiring process, leading to unfair outcomes. We aim to democratize the recruitment process by minimizing biases, focusing on inherent talents and personality traits rather than superficial factors. Our objective is to ensure that every candidate gets a fair shot, and every company gets the right fit.

How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

We provide: Accessibility (open access); Speed of use; Ease of use; Matching accuracy via tech: science- and data-driven, two-sided user generated data based on psychometrics. Our technology combines the principles of psychometrics with machine learning algorithms to offer unmatched accuracy in matching potential employees with employers. Furthermore, we leverage structured knowledge graph data and a ChatGPT solution to increase recruitment sales velocity.

What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?

We cater to tech, software, tech-enabled services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Shared Services Centers (SSCs). We also find that growth companies and startups are highly benefited by our software, as they often need to scale quickly while ensuring a strong culture fit. Our primary clientele includes CHROs, HR Directors, and COOs, who are often in charge of making crucial hiring decisions.

What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?

To cater to our customers' needs and requirements, we continually improve our platform based on their feedback. We also provide comprehensive support to ensure their experience with Gyfted is seamless and fruitful.

Being a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, we have the advantage of establishing long-term relationships with our clients. We're proud to say that we have a significant number of returning customers, including giants from the Fortune 1000 and FTSE 100. We just have a blog at the moment and provide content for inbound customers and users.
