We basically threw our messy HR world at ’em. They helped us prioritize what mattered most (onboarding & compliance tracking), then built a custom prototype for us super fast. HR Cloud has replaced that with a much more scalable and efficient setup: tasks are auto assigned via mobile and web checklists, progress is tracked automatically and reminders go out via SMS and app notifications. The integration with ADP has also eliminated the need for onboarding specialists to manually create profiles, so new hires can move through the process more independently. It’s been a huge time saver and a smoother experience for everyone involved.
